This experience is designed to bring together leaders, organizations, and veterans to connect, learn, and engage through the power of outdoor recreation.

  • Unofficial Kickoff
    Join us for a relaxed Bonfire Unofficial Kickoff at Jordanelle State Park. This is a great opportunity for those traveling in to connect early, build relationships, and set the tone for the days ahead.

  • Summit Day

    • 7:30 AM – Registration Opens

    • 8:15 AM – Opening Remarks

    • 8:30 AM – Health, Healing, and American Veterans on Federal Lands

    • 9:00 AM – Keynote Address

    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Breakout Sessions

    • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Lunch

    • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Exhibitor Expo

    • 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Networking Event

  • Activity Day (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Group Camping – Keetley Campsite

Built for camaraderie and shared experience, the Keetley Group Campsite can accommodate up to 75 participants, making it the ideal basecamp for veterans, families, and community groups.

What’s Included:

  • 5 designated tent pads for Summit participants

  • Large covered pavilion with 9 picnic tables

  • 2 RV hookup sites (water & power)

  • Parking lot with easy access

  • Nearby dumpster & dump station

  • 2 restrooms with showers

This space is intentionally designed to bring people together; perfect for storytelling, reflection, and building lasting bonds around the outdoor experience.

We have partner with the Park in alignment with the outdoor focused nature of this summit, this partnership provides attendees with unique accommodation options, including camping, cabins, and cottages, allowing participants to stay fully immersed in the environment throughout the event.

Cabins – Simple, Comfortable

We’re offering 2 cabins for Summit attendees, providing a balance between rugged and relaxed.

Cabin Options Include:

  • Sleeps 6–8 guests depending on unit

  • ADA accessible options available

  • Heating & air conditioning
